Headshots

Edited head shot:                              Unedited headshot:

This is the edited version of my head shot, although I haven't changed much, I used the spot healing brush tool to get rid of  some spot on my skin, I also used the clone stamp to iron out some imperfections on my skin. When editing a head shot you need to make sure you don't change things so much that it doesn't look like you anymore.

Head shots are really important especially in the film and television industry, they could really help the casting director decide if you're fit for the role, this is also why it best to have a really good head shot because a really good and profession picture is going to get a lot more attention then a poorly taken one. Lighting is very important for a head shots, one with poor lighting won't show off a persons features fully. Also it's not good to have your body straight forward it's best to angle your body 45 degrees either way, typically best to angle towards to source of light.`
