SWAT analysis for business

Personal SWOT analysis Strengths: I've made documentaries before so I know generally how things are shot and how things are framed. I'm also a massive fan of documentaries and have watched hundreds, because of all of this time watching them i know in depth how they are structured and the pacing of them, this has also taught me how to approach people with questions and get the best answers out of them, it's very important to build a trusting relationship with people you're filming in a documentary, this will make them feel more comfortable and more like to give better answers. Weaknesses: I haven't had a lot of experience in making documentaries, even though I have watched a lot of documentaries I haven't really had a chance to put all of my knowledge into practice because of a lack of opportunities and funds. this brings me onto another one of my weaknesses, I don't have any money, this really limits my options to what I can do because I cant travel very f...

PETESL analysis on my business

PESTEL analysis Political factors  Because of the nature of my creative enterprise (documentary making) there will be a lot of political factors to consider, I need to make sure I stay unbiased when producing content to make sure it's as factual as possible. I need to be careful not to slander any political party. I'll also have to take into account things like labour laws, I would need to make sure that I'm not breaking rules. Economic factors There are many ever changing economic factors that will apply to my business, for example the willingness of consumers to keep buying and watching my content. This is why it's the companies best interest to stay topical to achieve viewer retention. If the demand for factual programming goes down then they'll be a lot less opportunities, this would obviously negatively impact the businesses income. Social factors It is essential  for the business to stick to it's values and mission statement, I need to be sure on my targ...

Business Plan

Executive summary Inhouse productions  creates factual programs focusing on  lesser-known   issues in the world  to bring them more attention.  The news is always filled with gossip and  first   world  i ssues leaving out way more serious issues that occur in less er  know n   third   world   countries. Inhouse aims to bring spotlight on these issues and make people more aware of  them. Business Overview As a company our aims and values are quite simple, to aims to always present biased stories, to not let our opinion change the story. We also aim to make good relationships with the people in the documentaries, I strongly believe one of the most important things about interviewing someone is making them feel comfortable in the environment , this is also likely to lead to better answers. Sales and marketing I'll be selling my programs to distributors so marketing to viewers won't be my problem, I'll be marketing...
